Updated 4 November 2026. The operator’s legal identity, professional address, tax number and public contact are still to be added. This information is not a completed legal notice.
1. Current website
R·Time presents a physical NFC tag and four personal blocking modes: normal R·Tag sessions, Hard Mode, Schedule and Limit Mode. Android and iPhone test versions exist. Public store releases and the website checkout are pending. Joining the list does not create an order, reserve stock or commit you to pay.
2. Product price and shipping
The advertised price of one physical R·Time tag is €9.99, with free shipping. The tag and the app subscription are separate products. No payment is taken on this website at present. Accepted payment methods, destination coverage, delivery estimates and the final tax breakdown will be stated before orders can be placed.
3. App subscription
The planned subscription prices are €1.99 per month or €14.99 per year for the same personal-mode access. The store will display the final localized price and billing period before confirmation. Buying a tag does not automatically subscribe you. Once enabled, subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Google Play or Apple. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues until the paid period ends, subject to store refunds or revocation. No free trial is currently offered.
4. Rules and permissions
Blocking requires a compatible phone and the operating-system permissions requested by the app. A normal session finishes with the original tag. Hard Mode cannot be ended early with a tag. Scheduled rules start automatically and need a tag to finish. Daily limits share a budget across the selected apps and reset at midnight; extra time does not remove other active restrictions. Review the rule before starting. This is app-level blocking and cannot guarantee resistance to every system modification.
5. Accounts and access
Keep your sign-in details private and use the original R·Time account when restoring a subscription. Store purchases are verified before access is granted. Expiry or cancellation must not silently remove an existing block; access to manage that block remains available. Internal test access codes are not paid subscriptions and are not an alternative checkout.
6. Returns and consumer rights
The operational returns process is not defined yet and will be provided before physical-product sales open. This does not exclude mandatory rights: where Spanish distance-selling law applies, consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right, subject to statutory exceptions. Applicable conformity guarantees and other mandatory rights remain in force. App-purchase refund requests follow the store’s procedure and applicable law. No clause here limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
7. Proper use and service changes
Use R·Time on devices and accounts you are authorized to manage. Do not use it to interfere with another person’s access without authorization. Features, supported systems and test versions may change. Material changes to paid access must be communicated under the applicable store terms and consumer law. Support and operator contact information must be completed before commercial launch.
