Updated 4 November 2026. The operator’s legal identity, professional address, tax number and public contact are still to be added. This information is not a completed legal notice.
1. Launch list
The form records your name, email, chosen phone platform, language, consent time and a private deletion token. We use these to manage your request for R·Time launch news. Consent is the basis for joining the list; you may withdraw it at any time. Joining is not an app account, a purchase or a reservation. No automatic confirmation or marketing emails are currently sent.
2. Remove a launch request
After submission, the website displays a private management link. Keep it: it lets you delete that specific request without signing in. Each request has its own link. Deleting a request does not remove an app account or other submissions. There is currently no automatic expiry for launch-list entries; they remain until deleted or removed in an administrative cleanup. A final retention schedule must be established before commercial launch.
3. Data in the app
Personal modes use selected-app identifiers or private platform selections, blocking rules, tag information, session times, usage statistics and blocked-attempt counts. Blocking and usage permissions are used to apply your rules and show your activity. R·Time does not need the content of your messages or social posts for these functions. The iPhone app uses Apple’s private app-selection system.
4. Account and optional synchronization
If you create an account, Supabase handles authentication and stores account/profile data. With cloud synchronization enabled, the app may synchronize device configuration, modes and completed-session history. Local data and cloud data are separate: deleting or uninstalling the app does not by itself delete cloud records. Providing account data is necessary for the account service; subscription validation also uses the signed-in account.
5. Subscriptions
When store purchases are enabled, Google Play or Apple processes payment. R·Time’s validation service uses purchase identifiers, transaction status, expiry and your R·Time account identifier to confirm access and manage restoration. The app does not collect your bank-card number. Purchase processing is necessary to provide the subscription; mandatory transaction records may be retained where legally required. Purchases are not yet publicly enabled.
6. Providers and security
The website uses its hosting provider to serve pages and technical connection data. The IONOS edition stores paid-order details privately on the hosting account, while Stripe processes payments. Orders include the chosen product, quantity, amount, contact and shipping address, for fulfilment and mandatory records. Supabase provides the launch-list database and app account infrastructure. Apple and Google provide platform permissions and, when activated, in-app purchases. Hosting and network services may process technical connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the service. Access to the launch list is restricted. No customer list is displayed publicly. The final provider-region and international-transfer details still need to be documented.
7. Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to your data-protection authority; in Spain, the AEPD (aepd.es). The public contact for account-data and rights requests remains to be completed. The launch-list deletion link already works independently of that contact.
8. Cookies, age and updates
This website does not currently include external analytics or marketing cookies. Necessary browser storage may retain your language or the launch-list management link. The launch list is not intended for children under 14. Any material changes to data uses must be reflected here before they take effect; collecting data for a new consent-based purpose requires the corresponding consent.
